Shipping & Return Policy

Purchases are shipped from our designated warehouses through trusted logistics partners. Please allow the following timeframes for delivery after your order has been received:
 
Domestic Orders
All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding Sundays and public holidays. You can expect your order to be delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the date of processing.
 
Customs, Duties & Handling Charges
Custom charges and handling fees, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of delivery by the logistics service provider.
 
Your shipment may be subject to customs duty, import taxes, or other applicable government levies upon arrival in the destination country.
 
We recommend checking the tentative customs or import charges on your country’s official government portals prior to placing an order.
 
Please ensure that the cosmetic products comply with local laws and import regulations in your country before ordering.
 
All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Vanaveda will not be liable for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges incurred.
 
The shipping charges reflected in your order total do not include these additional fees.
 
In the event that a customer refuses to pay the applicable customs charges upon delivery, any shipping and return costs will be deducted from the order value during refund processing.
 
Delivery Terms
Orders will be delivered between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
 
A signature is required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, please designate an alternative recipient such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor.
 
Please note: Vanaveda is not responsible for goods signed for by an alternative recipient.

Returns, Exchanges & Quality Complaints Policy

 At Vanaveda, your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring your experience with our products is exceptional. If you receive a product that is damaged, leaked, or compromised during the delivery process, we are here to assist you through a fair and transparent exchange process.

Reporting Damaged or Leaked Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or tampered with, please notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery by email. Kindly include the following details to help us process your request:

  • Order number
  • Invoice number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear images and an unboxing video showing:
    • The damaged/leaked product
    • Packaging (both inner and outer)
    • The product seal (if tampered)
    • Batch details on the product label

Please do not accept any package that appears tampered with or resealed. Record an unboxing video and contact us immediately within the 48-hour window.

Once the details are received, our team will review and respond within 3 business days. If your request is approved, an exchange authorization number will be issued, and a reverse pickup will be arranged.

Product Exchange Process

Products eligible for exchange must be returned in their original packaging, in undamaged and saleable condition, and accompanied by the original receipt and a printed document stating:

  • Sender’s name and address
  • Dispatch address
  • Order number
  • Contents of the package

An image of the sealed return package (inside and outside) must also be shared with your assigned Customer Care representative via email.

Upon receipt at our warehouse, your replacement order will be processed within 24 hours, and tracking details will be provided.

Please note: Gift boxes are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Product Quality Complaints

For concerns regarding product quality, please reach out within 7 days of receiving the item. Include:

  • Order number
  • Product name and batch details (clearly visible in an image)
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting photos or videos

Once received, our team will respond within 24–48 hours. For certain concerns, you may be contacted by an in-house product specialist. If further analysis is needed, the product may be sent back for quality testing. The quality check report will be shared within 7 working days of receiving the product at our facility.

Important Notes

  • All reverse pickups must include the original receipt and a printed document with full return details (as mentioned above).
  • Returns due to allergic reactions, personal preferences (such as dislike of fragrance, texture, or color), or reasons not related to product quality are not eligible for exchange.
  • No cash refunds will be issued. Approved cases will be handled through exchange.
  • Products that are damaged due to negligence, incorrect usage, or improper handling will not be covered under this policy

Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched from our central fulfillment center in Dehradun via trusted courier partners.

General Shipping Information

  • Order dispatch timing: All orders are processed and shipped between Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays.
  • Signature & OTP verification: A signature or OTP may be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, please ensure a trusted recipient (such as a family member or neighbor) is available to receive the package. We are not responsible for goods signed for or confirmed via OTP by an alternate recipient.
  • Shipping timeline disclaimer: While we aim to deliver your order promptly, delays may occur due to external factors. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

IN Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Delivery coverage: We ship across most locations in India, except for a few remote or restricted zones.
  • Shipping charges:
    • Orders above INR 1,000: Free shipping
    • Orders below INR 1,000: Flat INR 150 shipping fee
  • Damage or shortages: Any claims related to damaged items or missing products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for resolution.
