Returns, Exchanges & Quality Complaints Policy
At Vanaveda, your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring your experience with our products is exceptional. If you receive a product that is damaged, leaked, or compromised during the delivery process, we are here to assist you through a fair and transparent exchange process.
Reporting Damaged or Leaked Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or tampered with, please notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery by email. Kindly include the following details to help us process your request:
- Order number
- Invoice number
- A brief description of the issue

Clear images and an unboxing video showing:
- The damaged/leaked product
- Packaging (both inner and outer)
- The product seal (if tampered)
- Batch details on the product label
Please do not accept any package that appears tampered with or resealed. Record an unboxing video and contact us immediately within the 48-hour window.
Once the details are received, our team will review and respond within 3 business days. If your request is approved, an exchange authorization number will be issued, and a reverse pickup will be arranged.
Product Exchange Process
Products eligible for exchange must be returned in their original packaging, in undamaged and saleable condition, and accompanied by the original receipt and a printed document stating:
- Sender’s name and address
- Dispatch address
- Order number
- Contents of the package
An image of the sealed return package (inside and outside) must also be shared with your assigned Customer Care representative via email.
Upon receipt at our warehouse, your replacement order will be processed within 24 hours, and tracking details will be provided.
Please note: Gift boxes are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Product Quality Complaints
For concerns regarding product quality, please reach out within 7 days of receiving the item. Include:
- Order number
- Product name and batch details (clearly visible in an image)
- Description of the issue
- Supporting photos or videos
Once received, our team will respond within 24–48 hours. For certain concerns, you may be contacted by an in-house product specialist. If further analysis is needed, the product may be sent back for quality testing. The quality check report will be shared within 7 working days of receiving the product at our facility.
Important Notes
- All reverse pickups must include the original receipt and a printed document with full return details (as mentioned above).
- Returns due to allergic reactions, personal preferences (such as dislike of fragrance, texture, or color), or reasons not related to product quality are not eligible for exchange.
- No cash refunds will be issued. Approved cases will be handled through exchange.
- Products that are damaged due to negligence, incorrect usage, or improper handling will not be covered under this policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds for international orders under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.

The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
2. Items Not Eligible for Refund

Products that are used, opened, or not in their original condition.

Orders with minor packaging damage that do not affect the product itself.

Items purchased on final sale, promotional offers, or giveaways.

Delays caused by customs or shipping carriers (unless resulting in item damage or loss).
3. Refund Process

Email us at enquiries@vanaveda.co.in with your order number, issue description, and supporting images or videos. -
Review & Approval
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with the next steps. -
Refund Issuance
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Return Shipping for International Orders

In most cases, returns are not required for international orders due to high shipping costs.

If a return is necessary, the customer is responsible for international return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged product).
5. Exchange Policy
Due to logistics constraints, we currently do not offer exchanges for international orders. You may request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
